In order to guarantee a successful VoIP implementation, we need to make sure that your site is ready for VoIP.  To learn more about what is required, please visit our VoIP Requirements page.  Don't worry if you are missing anything, because we can help you upgrade your infrastructure at a very reasonable cost.

This VoIP Readiness Assessment can often be done over the phone, but we can come on-site if you have any special needs.

Installation and Configuration Assistance ($75/hour)

2 hours FREE with every Switchvox purchase

We understand that implementing a new VoIP phone system can be a daunting task if you do not have any experience in this area.  That is why we always provide FREE installation and configuration assistance with every purchase.  Depending on the complexity of the installation, you may want to purchase additional hours.

Training for Users or Administrators ($75/hour)

Our VoIP phone systems offer many features that are not found on traditional phone systems.  This includes the functionality provided by the Switchvox Switchboard and the "find-me-follow-me" call routing features in the Switchvox User interface.
